I want to ask what you think of the following plan. I am going to be COMPLETELY Re-Servicing my Compaq Presario Laptop. I have a garbage AMD Processor that's going to be replaced with an AMD Athlon II (Which works with my Mobo, it is dual-core compatible.) I want to replace the keyboard with a Back lit Keyboard. The RAM will be upgraded to 8 GB by Kingston. The Hard Drive will upgrade to 750GB 7200RPM HD by Seagate. Is this a good idea? Or is it a bad idea? Your guy's thoughts. My Dad and I will do this within the next 2 weeks.

When I say by kingston or by Seagate that is the brand who made the parts.
