What is the FC18 GUI for network settings such as aliases?

I am surprised how hard it has been to find anything in the various menus that allows me to set aliases so that instead of typing 192.168.x.x I can just write ssh@paris or ssh@rome...

I type "NetworkManager" at the command line and get nothing. I go to the menus and can't find anything in System or Utilities.

Using FC18, just installed, with KDE. Any help or suggestions would be great...
