Recently I installed Fedora 18 KDE and yesterday Steam for Linux.
I have a Toshiba z830 ultrabook, 6gb ram, i7, intel hd 3000 gpu.
I've tried to run two games so far and both have the same problem. They can install, and run and I can play them but I cant really see what I am doing as the actual main display in the game has elements that are white or black only. The hud however is in colour and so are the menus.
Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be? Could it be a matter of installing the right GPU drivers, or something else?
