(RAID) setup+dualboot windows. HELP

Ok so I was reading up doing my research about linux like i always do and I discovered RAID. where u can mount the OS across all harddrives increasing the speed. I would like to Be able to sync fedora/etc linux across 3 HDD drives I have, and also be able to create room to be able to install windows 7 and also be able to dual boot it. The issue is, my one harddrive is ntfs setup for my music n anything storage, and i have over 100gb of music,

So im new to this, What are the needed steps and precautions needed to RAID 'ing a OS to all HDD devices..

Goal:

A:...Sync Fedora to all 3 harddrives I have

B:... Be able to also install windows, on the raided drives.

C:.... Possible to save my ntfs drive with data? or unplug that harddrive for safety, and only sync the 2 drives??

Goal basically is to get as much speed out of it as I can...

And also if this can be done visa versa, sync windows on all 3, and make room for linux, thats a possibility, infact maybe a better option anyway due to linux being faster and more optimized, and windows being more compatable with games...

Give me ur opinions, alternatives, best os to use for this, etc etc any info is helpfull, not only to me but to anyone else seeking the same answers :)
