i have just installed webhttrack onFedora 18 and later on opensuse 12.3 and a ubuntu derivative and if i click on the start icon in the menu it opens a Firefox page or if i run it from a terminal it opens the same
page
<http://www.linux-wchg.site:8084/> or similar but no GUI
i tried it on all machines to see if it was OS specific but it seems the same on all I cant find any information on the HTTrack site or forums . so i dont know if the GUI is run in the browser or it its its own i think in windows it had its own
I have used this in windows in the past with a GUI I have no idea what so ever on how to use this as a cli so if there is no GUI i need to uninstall it as it is no use. and i dont want to install wine and have to mess about getting that to work
can someone tell me where and how to access my GUI please
I am relatively new to Fedora and linux and am not in anyway conversant with scripts and terminals etc. I only get home for a few days a month so my time on the comp has to be productive and not just trying to find work arounds etc. and reading...
many thanks
