[Help] Programing port paralel with 8 led in fedora

after i install parashell

$ su
# parashell
USAGE: parashell [PORT] [DATA]
ie., parashell 0x378 128
# parashell 0x378 128
ERROR: Can't gain access to port 378

why ERROR and solution
