fedup f17 => f18 fails

I read the thread above with the tips for fedup problems, but my problem was not in it. I get following at upgrade process

Mounted /home
Timed out waiting for device dev-disk-......
Dependency failed for /boot
Dependency failed for local file system
Welcome to emergency mode ...

I can start my old kernel, but I can't get the upgrade to work.

I have a LVM mit encrypted /home and /swap

Any advice on this?
