Having issues with an Update

Good Morning everyone I need massive help I have been trying to do updates for a week now but I run into the following problem.

Transaction Check Error:
file /usr/share/doc/HTML/en/kcontrol/ebrowsing/index.cache.bz2 conflicts between attempted installs of kde-runtime-4.10.3-3.fc18.i686 and kde-runtime-4.10.3-3.fc18.x86_64

Thanks to another form I added the following but with no results.
exclude=libkcddb*

Any help would be grateful.
