Hi all
I recently installed Fedora 17 and decided to encrypt the root using the provided tools. Running GParted I can see that the encrypted partition is under /dev/sda6 (which is included in /dev/sda4, also the /boot is included into sda4). I can read that the file system is "crypt-luks", I also know that (after inserting the password at startup) the root is mapped onto /dev/mapper/vg_mymachine-lv_root/ and the file system is of type "ext4".
Now the question: as I am running a dual boot Windows/Fedora I recently shunk the Windows partition and have now additional 20G which are unallocated. I would like to increase the encrypted partition by assigning all these 20G to it. How can I do it? Can gparted do this?
Thanks for any help!
