can't access other machines in the network

hello
I have F18 , and I'm trying to access other machine in my network.

I have ping from both sides. also I can see my remote in my arp table

I using fish , following command :

fish://<my_remote_IP_adrs>.

and get the following : "can't connect to host .... "

pls advise .
