Okay, so I thought Enemy Territory would be a fun game for Fedora, with it being alot like Jedi Academy...not so fast.
I go get the .run file like a normal person would, because it isnt in the repo, and lo and behold:
sudo sh '/home/linuxfreak/Downloads/et-linux-test-2.32.x86.run'
[sudo] password for linuxfreak: *****
Verifying archive integrity... All good.
Uncompressing Enemy Territory Test 2.32.............................................. .....................................
/root/.setup4914: error while loading shared libraries: libgtk-1.2.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
./setup.sh: line 143: 4938 Aborted (core dumped) "$setup" "$@" 2>> $NULL
The setup program seems to have failed on x86/glibc-2.1
See http://zerowing.idsoftware.com/linux/ for troubleshooting
P.S. I'm not sure if this is in the right thread.
