I have an ipcop router based on an Intel D2500CCE motherboard (mini-itx). This board has two
1Gbit LAN ports built into the motherboard. I can't see any headers in the manual for LAN led
access. From my desk I can't see the built-in LEDs in the back and I don't want to reverse the case because of the cables. I want to see these lights since this is a router / firewall and it's useful to see
the activity lights.
So is the only way to add extra activity lights to the case front to solder my own wires to the LAN ports to drive my LEDS?
